— J. J. Watt.

Are you ready to hear an unbiased and unique account of President Trump’s first two years in office? As it turns out, the American public has a lot to be grateful for. We’ll carefully examine every issue for all angles to get to the bottom of our country’s most pressing issues, ultimately coming up with 11 great reasons why we should all be thankful to President Donald Trump.

These will include effects on the American Spirit, such as a renewal of American exceptionalism and a reminder that we’re Americans first, as well as economic issues like our terrible exploitation at the hands of China and what President Trump is doing to remedy this dire situation. Chapter 1

#1 Reminding Us of Our Exceptionality

As a citizen of this exceptional nation, I have always noticed the goodness of the American spirit. The acts of generosity, warmth, and love from the American people are known and documented in our history. There is an uncommon attitude that permeates through the fiber of this country. What is the nature of this excellent attitude of valuing freedom and service? The exceptional quality of Americans is firmly rooted in our Judeo-Christian values.

Judeo-Christian principles are reflected all over the foundation of this country. A country founded by Christian is always searching to improve the human condition. The core of this country always strives toward perfection, towards creating a more just and fitting union. The idea of exceptional people befits this understanding.

What is exceptionalism? One day, as I listened to my favorite radio personality, Rush Limbaugh, he started to recount a completely fitting summation of exceptionalism. It was in his discussion that I found clarity of the meaning. In the words of the Professor of Democracy, Rush Limbaugh:

“The vast majority of the people of this world, since the beginning of time, have never known the kind of liberty and freedom that’s taken for granted every day in this country. Most people have lived in abject fear of their leaders.

Just surviving was the primary occupation of most people in the world. The history of the world is dictatorship, tyranny, subjugation, whatever you want to call it, of populations — and then along came the United States of America.

For the first time in human history, a government and country was founded on the belief that leaders serve the population. This country was the first in history, the EXCEPTION — e-x-c-e-p-t, except. The exception to the rule is what American exceptionalism is.” (Limbaugh, 2013).

There is something special in understanding this unique quality of being an exceptional country. One can quickly make an erroneous judgment, a calling it superiority or seeking some advantage over others. In my estimation, because of who we are, we have a responsibility to serve and make a difference in the world. The United States is possibly the only major power in history who uses its strength for the benefit of mankind. We have so much power, but we use it as a force for good.

Is it possible that the American people understand this unique quality of genuine love and service from President Trump? The liberal media, in their rush to judgment, associates all sorts of negative connotations to relationship between the president and his supporters. They miss the pure nature of the admiration of average Americans for a profound and noble leader.

An Exceptional Leader

It is in the same vein that we discovered this extraordinary individual, Donald John Trump, with excellent abilities in the world of entertainment, finance, military, politics, and business. He has even faced unproven assertions of being womanizer, which would be aligned with King David's flaws. The resemblances are striking in many aspects, especially in their embrace of power and leadership style. In the struggle with Goliath, no one embraced David's bravery with any seriousness. In the realms of politics, no one even considered candidate Trump's ambition with any earnestness. Both of these individuals seemed to have little hope of achieving their objectives.

As the Presidency of President Obama was winding down, the conservatives were utterly fed up. Many saw the ‘man of hope’ as dividing the country a little more. In foreign policy, America seemed to be backing away from its obligation to lead the world. The economy appeared stuck in a basic level of growth. Many were eager to challenge the Democrats. The country seemed to be on the verge of embracing change in the other direction.

In the Republican presidential primary of 2016, the challengers were the most experienced and formidable opponents. Most were seasoned conservatives of all types, lining up to win their chance to represent their party as the nominee.

There were so many candidates that they formed their version of Goliath to our future King David. These were some of the most visible candidates:

Senator Marco Rubio of Florida, a senator with the articulation of a poet and the Republican party's version of President Obama.

Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey, a somewhat calmer version of candidate Trump, but he had the political experience to support his candidacy. He was assumed to be the savior of the party.

Carly Fiorina, a former Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett-Packard with superb business experience in the likeness of candidate Trump.

Governor John Kasich of Ohio, a man with a beautiful smile that lit up the room and the ability to calm the two warring parties through negotiation.

Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, a darling of the conservative movement and a man destined to win.

Former Governor Jeb Bush of Florida, the brother of a former president with a well-known name and backed by the establishment.

Finally, Governor Mike Huckabee, the pastor who seemed to move conservatives like mountains.

In the aftermath, in a political podcast, the writer Carl Bialik penned an article, "How The Republican Field Dwindled From 17 To Donald Trump" (Bialik, 2016). This article revealed the outcome.

Like the chosen warrior, candidate Trump defeated each of these candidates like Tom Brady in a football series. Like King David of old, candidate Trump was destined to win. As he approached the final contest, former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was his final obstacle. The former First Lady, Secretary of State, and first major woman candidate was proclaimed the winner by all, even prior to the first ballot being cast.

The liberal media found their champion and was destined to write history prior to that history being fulfilled. The outcome shocked their senses, like Kanye West embracing President Trump.

The presidential climate in our nation, in my estimate, has always maintained a sense of higher purpose. I was too young to analyze prior elections, but at least since the election of former President Ronald Reagan, the outcomes seemed to be different from our inclination but still needed to benefit a larger purpose.

Extraordinary Abilities

In life, some people are different and extraordinary in their abilities and approach to life. One such individual was my late wife, Dr. Lakonda " Faith" Jocelyn. At our first encounter, she waited for me at a restaurant.

As I walked into the eating establishment, my eyes met the most elegant woman that I've ever seen.

As she got up to greet me, I clumsily took a seat.

“John,” she said with a lovely smile. Her smile lit up the room.

"Faith," I responded.

She reached out toward me with a hug. As we sat down, she looked at me with a grin.

"You know, you are very socially awkward," she said.

I glanced at her, smiled, and responded, "Why do you say that?" In my mind, I was different but not awkward.

“John, I will say five things about you," she looked directly at me with an analytical gaze. “You tell me if I’m right."

"Ok, that's fair."

"One: you probably love to read," she said. She looked up and assumed that I agreed.

I smiled and shook my head in confirmation.

"Two: you like to be alone at times.” She continued her analytical summation with exact precision, repeating the intricate details of my life with accuracy.
